1. Services

  • We provide lawn mowing, gardening, hedge trimming, rubbish removal, gutter cleaning, pressure washing, garden maintenance, and related outdoor services.

  • All services will be carried out with reasonable care, skill, and attention to detail in line with industry standards.

  • Service availability is subject to weather, property access, and safety considerations.

2. Quotes and Pricing

  • Quotes are provided free of charge and are valid for 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.

  • Final pricing may vary if the scope of work changes or additional services are requested on the day.

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and may be subject to GST where applicable.

3. Bookings and Cancellations

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or through our website.

  • We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, a cancellation fee may apply.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather conditions, staff availability, or safety concerns.

4. Access to Property

  • The client must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property for our staff and equipment.

  • Any delays or additional costs resulting from restricted access may be added to the service fee.

5. Payment

  • Payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept cash, bank transfer, and other methods as advised.

  • For ongoing services, invoices must be paid within the specified terms on the invoice.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of future services.

6. Health and Safety

  • We operate in accordance with WorkSafe Victoria standards and take all reasonable precautions to ensure safe service delivery.

  • Clients must inform us of any potential hazards on their property before work begins.

7. Liability

  • We are fully insured for public liability.

  • While we take care to protect your property, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues beyond our control (such as weather events or structural defects).

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from our services.

8. Website Use

  • The content on our website is provided for general information purposes only.

  • We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information provided on our site.

  • Unauthorised use of website content may give rise to a claim for damages.
